"...An incredibly efficient method to get to the core issues and feelings of things much more rapidly han just through a talking process -- you can see what your role is and the possibilities for changing your role in the larger system."

--Virginia Anderson, Director, Seattle Center (the Northwest Center for culture and arts)

"TransFormance Theatre is powerful and personal. It helped to create the most effective training conference we have ever done. I was surprised and amazed at the capability of the troupe and by the power of sharing a personal story. It knocked our socks off!"

Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska

Improvisational Skill Building Trainings

Today's organizations operate in an atmosphere of constant turbulence -- juggling complexity, uncertainty, time compression and change.

The art of improvisation offers the precise skills needed for success in this business environment -- creating dramatic breakthroughs in teamwork, communications and behaviors.

In this program you learn and practice improvisation techniques designed to move your team to a new level of cohesion and effectiveness.

You bring the team and workplace issues on which you most need to work. You become the actors in each other's stories -- discovering insights, applications and solutions you had never imagined before. You take home the tools and an action plan for continuing the teambuilding and learning techniques. You begin to own the process of fully integrated teamwork -- because you are living what you learn.

We conduct 1/2 day to 2 day workshop trainings for up to 25 people -- onsite or offsite for work groups and teams ranging from top management to shop floor.
