Jonathan Rosen, Director

Over the past twenty-five years, Jonathan Rosen has pursued overlapping careers in business, performing arts, and education -- three tracks which have found a unified expression through TransFormance Theatre, of which he is the founder and director.

TransFormance Theatre is an improv theatre troupe and management consulting firm that performs for corporate meetings to facilitate accelerated culture change and learning.

In business, he works nationally as a management consultant, keynote speaker and seminar presenter, in the areas of organizational change, leadership and team-building. As a financial executive, he has been general partner of investment programs in wind energy and oil drilling, and has appeared on national broadcasts of Financial News Network as a wind energy expert.

As a performing artist, Mr. Rosen has been soloist with the San Francisco Opera Merola Program, New York Shakespeare Festival, and has appeared in major European theatres, on the BBC, and PBS-TV.

As an educator, Mr. Rosen has been on the faculty of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Antioch University, Seattle, and has also been a teacher of meditation for over twenty-five years.

He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. in History from University of California at Berkeley, and a M.S. in the Science of Consciousness from Maharishi European Research University.

Since 1998, Mr. Rosen has spent half of his time in India, studying subtle energy transformation and organizational healing techniques, with master healer Sri Kaleshwar.
