tracking the use and outcomes of the new behaviors and correlating
them with performance improvement numbers. Additionally, we implement
techniques to enable your organization to track and celebrate the
stories behind the numbers rather than just the numbers themselves.
Transforming Organizational Self-Talk
To encourage the use of measurement as a celebratory tool, we focus
your organization around transforming its own self-talk: gathering
and broadcasting a constant stream of success scoreboard numbers,
