Theatre has been successful in a number of modalities, including

By redefining the use and process of measurement, we are able to
quantify your progress on hard business issues -- in a way that
links to the overlapping human and communication issues that are
always part of sustainable success.
We use measurement as a tool of celebration: inspiring organizations
to celebrate their way to success. This includes tracking the use
and outcomes of the new behaviors (including successes and breakdowns),
correlating them with performance improvement numbers, and broadcasting
the stories behind the numbers so the whole company can see and
absorb the mechanics of success.
