"Excellent...
and the audience participation made it fun for all. You certainly
accomplished what we had set out to do: motivate the crowd of over
two hundred people and send them into our trade show in a great
mood. Your enthusiasm and caring were an asset to our most important

Talks by Jonathan Rosen, Director,
TransFormance Theatre
Drawing on his pioneering experience with
TransFormance Theatre
Programs around the country, Jonathan entertains and inspires your
audience with hard-hitting, deeply moving stories and insights from
people and organizations in transformation.
His use of improvisational theatre to enact personal stories --
especially those of people facing the turbulences of change -- gives
him a unique perspective on the challenges to and responses from
companies and their people on the front lines.
Jonathan customizes his material to address the specific themes
of your agenda. Under the general heading of Reports from
the Front, his topics include the following:
Leadership
as a performing art
A leader must be able to tell the story of
what her organization is all about where it is going, why,
and how it will get there in a way that both includes and
inspires the people who will make it happen.
Such communication depends on
the leaders qualities of openness, authenticity, and vision.
This talk explores
what leaders can learn from performing artists about inspired communication.
Connecting who we are with
what we do
In this chronically uncertain world, success
requires constant adaptability. The only security is in knowing
deeply who we are and how to stay connected to that knowledge in
everything we do from the workplace and
community, to the family, to the private counsels of our soul. Drawing
on his 25 years as a meditation teacher,
Jonathan adds an experiential component to this talk: a group meditation
(subtle energy) process that gives
everyone a powerful tool for deepening the connection between who
we are and what we do.
Building sustainability by making your company a blessing to the
world
Sustainability is one of the greatest challenges
facing organizations today how to create an environment in
which people can maintain their inspiration and creativity, keep
improving their productivity, and not burn out
trying. It is also well-documented that people do their best and
are most fulfilled when they feel part of an
enterprise that is making a difference a positive contribution
to life. This talk explores how your organization can develop community
service partnerships that will feed the souls of your people
while visibly enhancing the quality of life in the community, and
accruing a measurable business benefit, all at the same time.
Living and working in a time of global paradigm
shift
Our culture is moving from an exclusive, power-over,
fragmented model to an inclusive, partnering,
systems-oriented approach. This cultural transformation impacts
every corner of our lives. The new values,
skills and behaviors required for success in the emerging paradigm
are the focus of this talk.
