Dear Jonathan:
We want to thank you and your association for the fantastic kick-off you gave
to our conference, "Creating a Learning Community." Your team created
an experiential learning opportunity on the first day of the conference that
continued to add value through the whole week. The singing, stories, noise makers,
living sculptures, and risk bows all continued to weave through the conference.
The risk bow provided a useful tool for acknowledging mistakes and valuing the
risk taken. This helped establish a safe environment from the start. Sharing
our personal stories around work issues provided a depth of humanness and learning
that is heartfelt and not easily forgotten. Your team demonstrated an amazing
quality of listening that impressed us all. The art work added a special quality
that we were able to reproduce for everyone to take with them.
We thank you for helping us stretch our boundaries through a very fun-filled
afternoon. Your sequence of activities moved us from a group of 200 individuals
into a sense of community learning together. We ended the conference spontaneously
singing the song you taught us.
The variety, quality and depth of talent in your group is remarkable. We feel
fortunate to have experienced the unique training service you provide. We are
delighted to highly recommend you to others.
Sincerely,
LINDA PARKER
